Dear Sanskriti Members and Friends,

We are pleased to open online registration for our much-anticipated Durga Puja from October 12th to 13th, 2024 at Gaithersburg High School (101 Education Blvd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). 

Take advantage of our “EARLY BIRD” special, available until September 15th, after which registration rates will increase.  We strongly encourage everyone to register online to help us better serve you and accommodate as many of your preferences as possible. The registration webpage offers multiple options to meet your needs. If you’re an Annual or Life member, please ensure you’re logged in to access the discounted rates.

Kindly go through the entire email as it contains crucial information: 

1]To access member rates, you need to log in first and then add items to your cart.

2]If you prefer a vegetarian meal, please indicate this clearly during the registration process on the website.

3]Youth (ages 6-18) who wish to have an adult meal must register as an ‘Adult Student’. All students must present a student ID at the registration desk.

4]Although registration is FREE for children ages 6 and below,it is mandatory for all attending children to register, regardless of age. Failure to register may result in the unavailability of food tickets due to lack of accurate headcount.

5]Members are encouraged to update their contact information when logging into their Sanskriti Online account. Please review and edit your contact details, including name, home address, email, and phone numbers.

6]We strongly recommend online registration through the Sanskriti Website, utilizing PayPal/Credit/Debit for payment processing. In case of any online registration issues, please contact our registration secretary at registration@sanskriti-dc.org.

7]Senior Citizens: If you are unable to register online through our Sanskriti website, please email your registration preferences to registration@sanskriti-dc.org. If you can register online, please indicate that you are a senior citizen or a senior citizen couple in the additional information section on the customer information page, just before proceeding to payment. This will help us expedite your check-in process and ensure timely food service.

8]We kindly request that you register online rather than sending a check, unless you are a senior citizen or are experiencing significant difficulty with online registration. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at registration@sanskriti-dc.org. and we will promptly assist you in resolving them.
